Ube Graham Ref Cake With Cheese

Ingredients:

• 1 pack Nestle All Purpose Cream (250 ml)
• 1/3 cup condensed milk
• Graham crackers
• 1 bottle of ube jam/ube halaya (Sexy Ube)
• Eden cheese

Directions:
1) Whip Nestle All Purpose Cream and condensed milk until light and smooth.

2) Assemble Graham crackers, cream mixture and ube jam. Refrigerate overnight or until ready to eat.

3) Top with grated cheese and serve well chilled.
