* 1/4 kg shrimp, shelled and de-veined
* 1/2 cup flour
* 1 sachet 8 grams Maggi Magic Sarap (can be substituted with vetsin/MSG)
* cooking oil
* 2 cups fruit cocktail, drained
* 1 pack Nestle All Purpose Cream (125 ml)
* 1/4 cup condensed milk
* 1/4 cup mayonnaise
* 2 drops almond flavoring
1) Coat shrimp with flour and MAGGI Magic Sarap (or vetsin/MSG)
2) Deep fry and transfer on a drip tray to drain excess oil. Set aside.
3) In a large bowl, toss in the fried shrimp and the rest of the ingredients.
4) Serve immediately.
