
Ingredients:
* 1/2 kilo elbow macaroni
* 1/2 kilo ground pork
* 1/4 kilo ground beef
* 2 tbsp condensed milk
* 5 pieces sliced hotdogs
* 1 medium onion, minced
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* pepper, to taste
* 1 piece beef broth cube
* cheese
(For cheesy white sauce)
* 1 pack all purpose cream
* cheddar cheese, grated
* 1 tbsp butter
* 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
* 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
Directions:
1) Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions. Cook until al dente, then drain and set aside.
2) For the red sauce: Saute onion and garlic, then add ground beef. Add hotdogs then saute for 3 to 5 minutes. Once the meats are done, add spaghetti sauce. Mix to blend and combine.
3) Add pepper and beef broth cube. Add condensed milk and grated cheese. Stir and let the cheese melt.
4) Once the sauce is cooked, add the cooked macaroni. Mix well to combine.
5) For the cheesy white sauce: Melt butter in a pan (low heat). Add flour. Once the butter and flour become light brown, add the all-purpose cream then mix well. Cook until the sauce thickens. Once the cream thickens, add grated cheese then stir and let it melt. Add salt and pepper.
