Coffee Caramel Frappe


(Caramel Sauce)

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Nestle All Purpose Cream
  • 1/8 tsp fine salt

(Whipped Cream)

  • 1/2 cup Nestle All Purpose Cream, chilled
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Nescafe Classic
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1/2 cup Cowhead Pure Milk
  • 1/3 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup Nestle All Purpose Cream


1) For the caramel sauce: Mix butter, brown sugar, Nestle All Purpose Cream and salt in a pan. Cook over low heat while mixing continuously until smooth. Transfer into a container and set aside.

2) Whip 1/2 cup of Nestle All Purpose Cream with sugar until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

3) Dissolve instant coffee in hot water. Pour into a blender and add Cowhead pure milk, condensed milk, ice, Nestle All Purpose Cream and 3 tablespoons of prepared caramel sauce. Blend until smooth.

4) Drizzle prepared caramel sauce on the side of serving glasses. Pour cream mixture, whipped cream and top with caramel sauce. Serve immediately.


* To adjust sweetness level, you may add more milk and coffee.
